Higgins' Documental Inks are crafted in small batches for elegant lettering and artistic flourishes. These water-based formulas contain black pigment for dense color and shellac for water resistance. They should not be used with technical or fountain pens. Various formulations offer unique characteristics for use with calligraphy, brush, and dip pens on paper or board.
